✅ As you plan your project, you have time schedules that seem to run smoothly, sometimes take years, and seem to be shortened by a magic stick. Of course, shortening the product development time does not happen by ordering that a project ending in X months will end in Y months. There are serious sources of waste that prevent projects from keeping up with the schedule and that you are not aware of. If you want to save time, first you need to spend effort to get rid of your waste. Even for the wasteful resources you need to destroy, in some cases, you may need to spend years, undergo serious training to strengthen your development team, make your employees a company shareholder to win sectoral competition, demolish and rebuild organizations to bring corporate culture to a mindset that avoids waste.
